Big Hands, a rhythm and blues band out of New York City, combines the authenticity of Chess Records era artists like Howlin' Wolf and John Lee Hooker with the reckless abandon of groups like The Sonics and The MC5.
Formed by working and touring sidemen who have played with Sting, Elle King, Lesley Gore, Ingrid Michelson, and Sesame Street, Big Hands' debut album brings together both originals and lesser known songs from the Chess era that will move body and spirit to the blues.
